Crash reports and bugs

I would like you guys to tell me as much as you can so we can work bugs out of the application.

When I created Multi Board I only had about 3 different devices I could test on so if you could give me the following information on your report - obviously the more information the better.

When did the crash occur - what were you doing at the time?
Frequency can you reproduce it? every time?
What device are you using?
What version of Android is it?
